Madhusudhan Mysore is the Chairman & Managing Director at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS)
Madhu has taken over as CMD of TCTS recently after having lead TCL’s Engineering, IT, Global operations and Customer Experience Management for past 12 years.
His key focus at TCTS would be to enhance the Business Growth and build the momentum for high growth around new /evolving technology services around wireless, NFV, SDN, Mobility services etc. Madhu also would lead in building the state of the art professional services capabilities across the globe, including integrating / developing partnerships.
His professional career spans over 29 years in Telecom and IT, with BPL, AT & T, Lucent & Tata Communications in various leadership roles spanning engineering, network operations and customer service. Madhu's recent stint of Heading a Global Operations with Tata Communications revolved around leading the support of Global Carrier (Data and Voice) & Enterprise Managed Services which includes service delivery, service assurance, service management, infrastructure management, data centre solutions, managed security services, billing/collections services etc.,
He has had a successful stint spear heading rollout and operations of GSM, CDMA, NGN & MPLS networks, Data Centre Operations, across the globe and in Tata Communications. He has created organisational capabilities to support new and complex solutions surrounding UCC, for enterprise, Media and enterprise solutions, Data Center services and Cloud services apart from other telecom network services.
Madhusudhan is a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Vishweshwarayya College of Engineering (UVCE) Bangalore, India.
JOE ABLEY

Joe Abley is Director of Architecture at Dyn Inc, a position he has held since February 2015.
He was formerly Director of DNS Operations at ICANN. He was also Network Architect at TekSavvy Solutions, Inc, a large, independent Canadian ISP; a member of the LonIX Advisory Council and a Director of Hopcount Limited. At ICANN, Joe provided direction for the operation of ICANN's production DNS services, including the L Root Server and the systems and processes used to manage DNSSEC in the root zone of the DNS. Joe is an active contributor to the IETF, a volunteer instructor for the Network Startup Resource Center and a trustee of the New Zealand Network Operators Group.
Joe has been Executive Director of the IAB, Chair of the NANOG Steering Committee, and a member of the Programme Committee at NANOG andSANOG. Joe has written several RFCs. He attends operator meetings including NANOG, RIPE, the Canadian ISP Summit, AfNOG, SANOG and NZNOG
PAUL WILSON
Director General, APNIC
Paul Wilson has 25 years' involvement with the Internet, and over 16 years as the head of APNIC, the Regional Internet address Registry for the Asia Pacific. In this role, he has led APNIC’s development as a provider of critical Internet services and as a key contributor to Internet growth and development throughout the Asia Pacific. Currently he is the Member, Advisory Board at Global Forum on Cyber Expertise. Paul has worked as an expert and leader across the full range of communities and organisations involved in Internet development, including ISPs and network operators, non-profit organisations, Governments and governmental agencies; and with many key organisations including RIRs, IETF, ICANN, ISOC, APEC-TEL, ITU and others.
Previously as Technical Director and CEO of Pegasus Networks, the first private ISP in Australia, Paul worked with early Internet technologies, and helped to establish many early Internet services in developing economies of the region. He did his BSc & MSc Qual in Computer Science from The University of Queensland.
NEERAJ SONKER
Delivery Head - INDIA, TCTS
Neeraj leads TCTS’s India delivery and managed services. He is onto the board of NIXI. Neeraj has held various positions in Tata group companies like Tata Internet, VSNL, Tata Teleservices and Tata communications. Before joining Tata Group, Neeraj was associated with DRDO and NIC. He had been a part of the acquisition and operational integration team at Tata Communications and has rolled out large scale networks with multiple technologies like Metro Ethernet, WiMAX, CDMA, MPLS, etc. and led global operations of Tata communications.
Neeraj is an Engineering graduate from IIT, Roorkee and holds Executive MBA from SP JAIN, Mumbai.
