"Complexity and Service Provider Networks in the 21st Century" - David M. Meyer

David Meyer, Director of the University of Oregon's Advanced Network Technology Center, has been a motivating force behind many of the Internet's key innovations. The author of numerous Internet standards documents in the areas of RPSL, Multicast, and GRE, he has served as the chairman of the Internet Engineering Task Force's DNS Operations, Global Routing Operations, MBONE Deployment and MSDP working groups, and he sits on the United States National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. David's keynote talk at SANOG V, entitled "Complexity and Service Provider Networks in the 21st Century," will focus on the increasing challenges to operators in delivering new media services over the global data network.

"Building and Running a Wireless ISP in Nepal" - Dileep Agrawal

Mr. Dileep Agrawal, CEO of Worldlink Communictions, is one of the South Asian region's Internet pioneers. In 1995, he founded Worldlink Communications which, at more than 250 employees, is now the largest ISP in Nepal. Dileep will discuss his experiences in introducing the broadband Internet phenomenon to Nepal, and will address more generally the process of building a successful Internet services business in the developing world
