About Keynote Topic: In the last few years, the topic of IG along with issues like v4 address depletion and v6 adoption has taken center stage. David will take a look at all these issues and what it means for those who operate networks.
David Conrad, amongst others has the distinction of being the founder of APNIC and its' first Executive Director. He has long experience in operating name and number space. He currently is the General Manager for IANA.

About Topic: A talk about how the amature community networking filled the widening gap of broadband needs and availability in the local Paksitani market, gained financial muscle and how it is now here to stay and the obvious needs to bring some minimum formality to the sector.
Tariq Mustafa has been associated with the Internet industry in Pakistan since its inception. He has served for over a decade in the technical domains of various Internet and telecommunication companies in Pakistan including Supernet, Telecard, Instaphone and Multinet. His passions include local ICT community development, and mysticism. Tariq is a hobby technology journalist , blogs about technology and the city of Karachi.

SANOG is being hosted by ISPABD for the second time in Dhaka. This verion of SANOG will encorporate 9 days of conference with expanded conference days. It will also be the largest networking conference in Dhaka in recent years.
