The conference hotel is situated at center of the city. There are many hotels at walking distance from the conference venue. Being a tourist destination, Kathmandu is full of hotels to suit all kind of budgets. The venue hotel will provide special rates for delegates. To facilitate our delegates we have negotiated rates with other hotels at short distance from the conference venue. You can also book through your travel agent.

Hotel rates for conference delegates. Hotel booking deadline is 15 July 2008. Beyond that date, we are not able to guarantee the room block at the conference rate.
