The venue for SANOG XXI is Cox's Bazar, The meeting would be hosted by the ISP Association of Bangladesh.

Most nationalities will need visa to visit Bangladesh, though there are exceptions and visa on arrival facility is avilable to selected nationals. You should check with your Airlines and travel agent about the visa requirements.
