including breakfast + 10% Bhutan Sales Tax and 10% Service

Accommodation will be booked by the hosts, as part of the visa process. If you are from India or Bangladesh and/or do not need visas in advance, please use the online form as well.

for self-paying or self-funding at following rates for those who
don't intend to stay at venue, Terma Linca Resort:
Mid-range single:
US$ 50 inclusive of breakfast and taxes for single
occupancy
Mid-range twin:
US$ 85 inclusive of breakfast and taxes for twin sharing
High-range single:
US$ 80 inclusive of breakfast and taxes for single
occupancy
Notes:
i. Rates are indicative only and estimated slightly on the
higher side.
ii. Mid-range is also a decent and comfortable accommodation. We
recommend this than High-range accommodation to save costs.
iii. Venue and other accommodation/hotels will accept credit
card (except American Express in some). However, if you can
bring along US$ cash or INR for payment, it will be convenient.
